		<description>BMI is on point.  Over 30 is overweight even if you are Phelps.  I doubt he is though.  If your body fat percentage is 6% you can still be overweight and therefore tax your organs, joints, and your system overall forcing in excess calories. This chart shows the percent of overweight people, not how greatly overweight the overweight people are.  As for me, I&#039;m almost, but not quite, underweight. (I wonder how underweight statistics compare.)</description>
